Shipping Details

I accept PayPal only at this time. DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT? You can still use PayPal and pay with a credit card or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for an account. See details on my FAQ page.

* Shipping is to USA residents only via USPS First Class Mail.

* All shipments are carefully packed, addressed using the ADDRESS ON FILE with PayPal, and delivered to the Post Office. If your address on file is inaccurate, please notify me immediately; otherwise, there will be a long delay to track down the package.

* Arrival times can vary significantly from 2-7 days or more depending on your location, USPS delays, holidays, weather, etc.

* If a shipment is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the situation. You deserve to receive the item you expected and be happy with it before I relinquish my responsibility.



IN-STOCK PURCHASES: I ship on the next business day, including Saturdays.

MADE-TO-ORDER PURCHASES: Processing time is 7-10 business days. Your item(s) are guaranteed to be shipped within this time frame, and arrival times will depend on USPS. See arrival time estimates above.

CUSTOM ORDER PURCHASES: Shipped according to the terms stated in your private Custom Order.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

PHYSICAL ITEMS: I will accept returns if they are unused and returned (with tracking) within 14 days of your receipt. A refund will be given for the original purchase price and shipping once the return package is received, however, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Loss or damage in shipment is extremely rare, but should this occur, please contact me.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: No refunds will be given if customer provides an incorrect shipping address, unless the package is returned to me in perfect condition.  Reshipping costs are at the customer's expense.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:  Due to the nature of digital purchases, no refunds will be given if the pattern has been downloaded or sent to you via email.  I am, however, available to assist if there are difficulties with downloading.  Contact me --> HERE

Information I Collect:  Only information you give me to fulfill your order.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It:  I need your information to get your order to you either by mail, by email or generally to provide customer support.  You may also consent to being on my notification list but can withdraw that consent at any time.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:  I never sell or share your personal information except to fulfill your order, such as with the USPS to mail your package.  

Data Retention:  I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.

Your Rights:  You may contact me to delete any or all of your personal information from my records.  If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. Please refer to your country's laws for details about those rights.
