HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT?

You don't need an account to contact me or purchase here. You can purchase as a guest!

HOW CAN I PAY?

PayPal is my payment processor, so I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO BUY?

No, you can use PayPal and pay with a credit card or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for an account. Here are directions:

At the PayPal sign-in screen, scroll down to the bottom and click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card." Fill in the necessary information and click "Pay now." Afterwards, you will be asked whether you want to create a PayPal account. There is the option to Decline.

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH MY EMAIL ADDRESS AFTER THE TRANSACTION?

Nothing.  I hate it as much as you do when websites store my email address and use it later for marketing.  I don't do that here!  Rest assured that your email address is safe and will only be used to reply if YOU contact me.  I don't share or sell it either.  I respect you too much. 

IS YOUR SITE SECURE?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells me that you've paid, and I get your money through PayPal later.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:

Patterns are in PDF format. Adobe Reader is required to view and print the patterns.  For a free download of Adobe Reader:  http://get.adobe.com/reader/

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD A PATTERN?

  • At checkout you will be asked for your email address.  Please make sure it is accurate or you won't be able to access your purchase! 
  • Once the purchase is complete, WAIT for an email from "Aunt Susan's Closet" which will contain your password. In the email scroll to " Important information about your downloadable file" to see your login information (username and official password <-- CASE SENSITIVE!). 
  • If you have not received the email within 10-15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.  If not there, contact me immediately HERE. 
  • Use the link in the email to login with your username (or email address) and the password.  (If you don't want to click the link in the email go to https://auntsusanscloset.indiemade.com/user )
  • Click the "Files" tab.  Click the download Filename and choose Adobe Reader to view, save and/or print.

MY DOWNLOAD FAILED!  WHY?  HOW DO I GET MY PATTERN?

If you receive an error message when trying to download, it is usually when trying to download to an older phone or tablet.  Try updating your phone's browser or use a computer to download.  If you are still unable to get your pattern, please contact me, and I'll send to you via email.
